1. The majority requirement for any kind of polls is dropped.
2. A poll which implies normal members (such as elections or referenda) lasts for 72 hours (3 days); a Council poll lasts either until all the Councillors have voted, or 48 hours (2 days).
3. The Council has 7 (seven) elected members.
4. The OOCA forum becomes public: anyone can see any part of it, except the Council, which is reserved for the Councillors and members of staff (like Admin). No guest can, however, post in the forum.
5. The registering process is strictly regulated by members of staff (Councillors and admin). Only people who want to activate in the forum are allowed to enter the forum.
6. All members who have no posts and have registered the forum no later than September 11th, 2012, are deleted from the forum. They still have the possibility of reading the posts in the forum as guests, but they cannot post.
7. If the deleted members (now guests) want to activate in the forum, they can register again.
