First of all, I've changed my mind. I'm not going to retire from the OOCA.
Trello stays open.
The following decisions, which have been made recently, are suspended:
The Council is disbanded. All the authority in the OOCA is now held by the Permanent Council of Administrators.
There shall be no Council elections until further notice.
The Administrators work for a social networking approach, in the best interest of the OOCA.

I am going to take a break from my online activity, including: OOCA, Wordpress, Tumblr and Twitter.
Some exceptions are in place.
