If we have doubts, how do we find out or understand God's will in certain dilemmas or aspects of our lives-university major/marriage/jobs/other things? How can we make he right decisions according to His Will and not ours? How can we cut off and humble our will? How can we tell the difference from our will and His?Should we pray for directions or just pray that His Will be done? What about asking our spiritual father? Is there something we could do to find out, other than prayer? What do the Holy Fathers say? Did you ever found yourself in a position to ask for guidance?Did you receive it?If yes what did you do to do get it? What do you say?

Well, I can tell you that you can't find out about God's will, not even when His will is done. Our job is to try, and see if that works or not. This is what my spiritual father (duhovnic) told me.
About humbling your will, well, you can do that by practicing humility (smerenie).
Pray for directions (Show me, Lord, the path I'm going to walk on - Arată-mi, Doamne, calea pe care voi merge), and that His will be done (Facă-se, Doamne, voia Ta cu mine, după mare mila Ta).
I haven't researeched in the Holy Fathers, it's just my knowledge and my experience.
I got some guidance from my spiritual father, but not 100%, more like a relief (alinare). The only thing you must do is pray and trust God (not believe in Him, which I think you do, but trust Him).
